Adolf Fredriks Musikklasser was founded in 1939 in Stockholm, Sweden, as a
municipal junior-high school focused on choral and classical music with a
rigorous audition process and daily choir practice that produced a distinctive
tradition of high-quality choral performance that has attracted international
attention. The first major recording credited to the school was Sjung Av Hela
Hjärtat (1996), followed by the 2000 album Sånger ur Majas alfabet. In 2010 the
self-titled album Adolf Fredriks Musikklasser was issued, and the 2013 album
