The Halluci Nation, originally known as A Tribe Called Red, were formed in
Ottawa, Ontario, by Mohawk DJ Tim “2oolman” Hill and Cayuga DJ Ehren “Bear
Witness” Thomas in 2007 when they began hosting Electric Pow Wow nights that
blended traditional powwow chanting with electronic beats. Their first release,
the self‑titled album A Tribe Called Red in 2012, earned a long‑listed
