A Place for Owls is an American indie rock and emo band from Denver, Colorado,
formed in 2019 by Ben Sooy, Nick Webber, Jesse Cowan, Ryan Day, and Daniel
Perez. The group first gained attention with the acoustic-driven EP You Are
Still in Every Song I Sing (2020), followed by the single “Airport” / “My Own”
(2022). In August 2022, the group issued its self-titled debut album and toured
regionally, sharing stages with Switchfoot, Mae, and Foxing. Their second album,
How We Dig in the Earth (2024), expanded their sound and earned a 4.3 rating on
