7 Seconds, stylized as 7Seconds, is an American hardcore punk band from Reno,
Nevada, formed on January 17, 1980, by two sets of brothers: Kevin Seconds and
Steve Youth, along with Tom Borghino and Dim Menace. The early releases of the
group included EPs such as Skins, Brains and Guts (1982). Its first full-length
album, The Crew, was recorded between 1983 and 1984 and released by BYO Records,
followed by the EP Walk Together, Rock Together (1985). Throughout its career,
