6CycleMind, a Filipino alternative and pop band, formed in 2001. Members have
included Tito Fortunato "Tutti" Caringal II, Ryan "Rye" Sarmiento, Roberto "Bob"
Cañamo, Herbert Hernandez, Gilbert Magat, and Chuck Isidro. They gained
mainstream exposure in the early 2000s during the "Tunog Kalye" era. Their debut
album, Permission to Shine, was released under Sony Music Philippines in 2003.
The band performed at notable events such as Tanduay's "First Five" and the
Suzuki Invasion tour. In 2015, Caringal went on hiatus due to his political
