A Chicago-based production team featuring DJs Carlos "Charlie Babie" Rosario,
Manfred "Manny" Mohr, Onofrio Lollino, and J.J. Flores, 20 Fingers debuted in
1994 with "Short Dick Man," a novelty hip-hop song featuring rapper Gillette.
Despite its controversial content, the song became an international hit,
reaching Number 1 in Italy and France while peaking at Number 3 on America's
dance chart. Another humorously risqué song, "Lick It," followed in 1995, as did
